FIND MY WATCH

Access to any watch, not only the available ones

In Switzerland, access to sought-after watches is often limited by restricted availability and strict allocation practices. Our exclusive "Find My Watch" service opens doors to some of the world’s most coveted models, through our international network and personal relationships with collectors, dealers, and manufacturers.

YOUR BENEFITS

What sets our "Find My Watch" service apart

Exclusive access
Our worldwide network gives you access to watches that are either unavailable on the regular market or only obtainable after years of waiting.
Always the same person
Whoever searches for you also writes the offer and hands you the watch. You explain what you are looking for exactly once.
Handover at the Seeburg
We receive you at the Seeburg in Kreuzlingen, right on Lake Constance, by appointment. If that is too far, we bring the watch to you or ship it insured.

The search itself costs you nothing, and it does not add to the price of the watch.

Advice and search are free
We listen, we search, we present you with specific watches. None of that is charged to you.
No mark-up on the watch
The effort of searching is not built into the price. On the contrary: because we buy deliberately and without time pressure, a sourced watch often leaves us more room than our standing collection, and we pass that on.
Costs start only when you commit
Only once you have decided on a specific watch does a deposit of 50 % of the purchase price become due. Until then you are under no obligation.

OUR PROCESS

In three carefully designed steps, we guide you to your dream timepiece.

  1. Personal conversation

In a detailed consultation, whether in person, by phone, or via video call, we get to know your preferences, lifestyle, and specific wishes. This allows us to create an accurate profile of your ideal watch.

  2. Worldwide search

Through our international network, we locate the watch you desire, no matter how rare or sought-after it may be. We take care of all import and customs formalities.

  3. Inspection and handover

Before the watch comes to you, we inspect and authenticate it. Handover takes place at the Seeburg in Kreuzlingen by appointment; on request we bring the watch to you in person or ship it fully insured. Plus one year of mechanical warranty and every document that belongs to the watch.

Where we meet

Graf Classics is based at the Seeburg in Kreuzlingen, on the Swiss shore of Lake Constance. By appointment, not by opening hours. If you would rather not travel, we bring the watch to you or ship it insured.

Start your watch search

It started with my grandfather. In every family photo he wore the same elegant Omega. The watch itself went to an uncle, so I set out to find my own connection to watches: a vintage Omega Seamaster de Ville, my first.

That search became Graf Classics. Which is why I know what it feels like to want one particular watch and have no idea where it is.
