RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns within 14 days

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving reasons. The period begins on the day you receive the goods. An informal message to info@grafclassics.com is sufficient.

Sending items back

Returns are sent by post. The goods must be returned complete, unused and in their original packaging. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. Any loss of value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the goods may be deducted.

Refund within 7 days

Once the return has been received and checked, the purchase price will be refunded within 7 days by the same means used for payment. No restocking fee is charged.

Exchanges

On request we will exchange unworn goods within 14 days of receipt for a different item or size, subject to availability. The same applies as for returns: the goods must be returned complete, unused and in their original packaging, and the cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.

Exceptions

Items made or customised to the customer's specifications, in particular made-to-measure straps, are excluded from returns and exchanges. There is no right of return or withdrawal for watches; the General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply.
